After my initial visit and x-ray, Dr. Mattox put me on a treatment plan that took my pain level from 8 (on a 1-10 scale) to a 4 in just the first week! -In the fall of 2008 I was barely able to walk due to severe pain in my lower back and right leg. After several trips to my family doctor, several pain medications and several hours of therapy in the hospital (and several hundred dollars in medical bills) with minimal improvement in my condition, I visited St Joseph Chiropractic. After 3 visits with Doctor Mattox and his staff, I experienced a significant reduction in pain (without the need for medication) and was walking normally. With continued monthly therapy, I rarely experience any significant back pain.

I have found Dr. Mattox and his staff to be extremely friendly and concerned with their patients well being. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
